Tim has provided capital recovery solutions nationally since 2006, returning millions of dollars annually into his clients' operations. He is driven to improve their overall financial position through creative and innovative solutions. As a Partner in Bowman & Back, he is able to use his skillset to provide a direct positive impact for his employees, affiliates and clients.
Prior to his career in the capital recovery arena, Tim held the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. He spent 7 years in the commercial insurance industry, providing property and casualty insurance services to businesses in the Southeastern United States.
In addition to his business service achievements, Tim enjoyed a career in Country Club management. He was honored to spend 7 years as a member of a management team that supervised on-site services for players and corporate sponsors at the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, Georgia. One of the milestones of that tenure included being part of Tiger Woods historic first win, and being involved with his first Champions Dinner.
Tim is a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association, and has served as a Football Official since 2006. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Kent has provided capital recovery solutions nationally since 1995. Responsible for returning millions of dollars in savings, Kent is passionate in finding innovative ways to recover capital for clients. Kent is driven to build national networks of referral partners and salespeople, allowing for the expansion of services and savings to clients across the nation.
Prior to forming BowmanBack, Kent was involved in numerous successful startups from their infancy to national prominence. This would include a closed-door mail order pharmacy, a health care auditing firm, creating offshore captive insurance companies, and now entering his 14th year of providing federal and state income tax credits recovery and waste stream management. Throughout his career, Kent has consistently created and delivered unique sales, operational and marketing strategies, and developed teams that yielded remarkable results, thus forming the foundation for BowmanBack.
Kent enjoys playing golf, hunting, and singing in his church choir, being active in local civic affairs by serving on numerous boards, and volunteers extensively with youth related outreach ministries through his church and with YoungLife. His wife teaches kindergarten, his son is with YoungLife in New York City, and his daughter is enjoying college life.
Rodney is focused on building long-term business relationships and helping companies achieve their goals through capital recovery solutions.
Prior to joining BowmanBack, Rodney was in the financial services industry working as a financial advisor. His client base included high net-worth individuals, money managers, mutual fund companies and hedge-fund companies across the United States. Rodney has an extensive network of individuals and institutional investors that relied on his expertise for high-growth ideas.
Rodney enjoys sports, Crossfit, and writing. He also serves and volunteers his time in ministry-related projects with his church. His wife has a full-time job just being his wife. They have one 12-year old son.
Gina entered the world of Capital Recovery in 2011.
She has a passion for organization and takes great pride in getting things done in a timely and efficient manner. Her goal is to see the clients of BowmanBack improve their financial position and is eager to assist in whatever way will accomplish that goal.
When Gina is not “on the job”, she enjoys traveling and doing projects around the house. She is an avid Disney fan, and is always on the lookout for additions to her Mary Poppins Collection.
Aggie has been instrumental in putting dollars back in the pockets of her clients for over 10 years. She worked as an account manager saving money for telecommunications companies before entering the arena of Tax Credits and Environmental Services. She also served as administrative assistant to her previous employer and gets great satisfaction from bringing structure and organization to her work environment.
Aggie’s strengths include serving as liaison between clients and all service providers in order to produce timely and efficient results. She enjoys getting to know her clients and strives to provide them with excellent service.
Aggie has a conflict between her love of baking/eating baked goods and her drive to work out at the gym daily to stay healthy.
